From a staff internship at the United Nations in New York at 19 to guiding individuals through healing and transformation today, my journey has always centered on growth, evolution, and empowerment.
I am Shai C. (Shalini S. Chuganee), a Skilled Emotionologist, and Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT), with more than 4,000 hours of clinical and coaching experience in trauma recovery, relationship therapy, emotional intelligence, and personal development.
